Yuuka is really lovely and so knowledgeable. She is excellent at making the group feel comfortable and engaged. She was very timely with the tour and started and finished on time. She also checked in with everyone often to make sure everyone is okay.

We had a great experience this morning in Asakusa with Juliana. She was very knowledgeable, engaging and made the history and cultural significance of the area easy to understand and appreciate. Her storytelling really brought everything to life and she created a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the tour. We left with much deeper appreciation of Asakusa. Highly recommend Juliana!
