Lucia was an excellent guide. She is a true Venetian with the lovely sense of humour, immense amount of knowledge and a terrific willingness to share it. We had a great time and learned a lot.

Lucia did an outstanding job of showing us some of the hidden spots of Venice. I would have never noticed the details that she pointed out if I were walking around on my own. The tour ended on the rooftop viewing platform of a department store. I know that those free tickets need to be booking months in advance! She did a great job and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice.

Got some amazing knowledge and cool surprises that I would’ve never known and ended on two final notes that was absolutely phenomenal.

Lucia is very enthusiastic about telling us history of Venice and what local people do. She keeps the entire tour very entertaining, especially at the end of the tour she arranged a little game for us! Lucia provides each of us an earphone, which is very useful to hear what she says during the tour without chasing the group. Highly recommended!
