We had a wonderful tour with Mary on 29th November. She was very kind and accommodating, especially when we had a small mix-up with our booking date, and she adjusted things for our family of four without any fuss. As a guide, Mary was funny, engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful. She took us through parts of Venice we would never have discovered on our own and brought the city’s history to life with stories about its people, places, and traditions. We especially enjoyed visiting Marco Polo’s house, learning the meaning behind Venice’s unique street names, and hearing the fascinating histories of various churches and landmarks. The best part was that Mary kept the tour fun and interesting even for our teenage children, who don’t usually have a long attention span! We would highly recommend this tour — and Mary — to anyone visiting Venice.

This was an o.k. tour. Not an over the top great tour of Venice.

Our guide Francesco has made today’s tour very special. Today was our 4th day in Venice and we are in love with this city already. But, Francesco took us so many different/ hidden places in Venice we even are more in love with it. We are now in this beautiful restaurant - the Restaurant Dolfin- which Francesco has recommended and are having a beautiful dinner. Thanks very much Francesco for making our day in Venice very special🙏

Great tour. Very knowledgeable guide

Mary was a superb guide. Very friendly and clear in her explanations. She provides a good overview of the history of Venice without making it tedious. She also explains interesting and curious details about the city. I recommend her 100%.

Francesco took us on a back alley tour of the Jewish Ghetto and other key areas in Venice. He shared a lot of great information and I saw sites I don't think I would have found without going on this tour with him. It was longer than I expected but he planned in a nice break with coffee or a cocktail.

Mary was awesome and so informative! We enjoyed this tour so much!

Alice was an excellent tour guide. I learned so much about the history and culture of Venice. She was super engaging and made the material fun to learn. The tour brought me to entirely new parts of the city that I’d never visited before. Highly recommend!!

Alice, our guide, was brilliant, she gave a fabulous history, interesting facts with great aplomb. Don’t think I knew any single fact that she shared with us, just would love to have it written out so I can remember everything.

The guru we had showed us unique routes across Venice, far from the popular spots, that as a tourist on my own I would not be able to find. He taught us very unique stories and really shared Venice from a local. Beautiful locations! the tour is however very information heavy, not as much humour as I usually expect from a tour guide.

Franceso is wonderful person....so many people cancelled in the last minute but he still gave us the due tour. Very rich information and history from a real Venetian lad.

A walk is totally diffrent than the others. It is unknown Venice not in a hurry, not closed to the must see. Tips about eating from Francesco help me to spend a really nice evening in a lovely local restaurant.

It was my second time in Venice and thought i had seen it all but Annachiara showed us places I’ve never seen or heard of before and made me fall in love with the city. She was very cheerful and sweet and her enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the city made this tour very memorable. I’d highly recommend it.
