I was born and raised in Barcelona and I have been living in Gracia all my life, now with my own family. I like to travel a lot I have been to a lot of countries in Europe, to USA, Mexico, Middle East and Africa, but yet there are place in my list. I like to meet people from all over the world and show them my city which I am proud of. Lets enjoy together the Gracia streets!
Gracia is a different neighborhood of Barcelona: it shows in its streets, its people and its environment.
We will walk through the streets that define the atmosphere of the Gracia neighborhood: we will start at Plaza Lesseps, the origin of the neighborhood (Iglesia de los Josepets de Gracia) and continue along one of its main arteries: Gran de Gracia.
We will also discover one of Gaudí's first works, where his personal style can already be seen: Casa Vicens.
We will walk along the street Asturias full of original shops and typical places of Grace as the Plaça del Diamant, famous for the novel that gives it its name.
Stop for a coffee, tea or soda in a typical terrace or bar (depending on the weather and availability).
In a local market (Plaça de la Llibertat) we can buy typical gastronomic products and talk about some gastronomic differences with your countries or regions.
We will visit the Plaça de la Vila (old town hall) and more of Gran de Gracia ending where it begins or ends (depending on how you look) one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona (Paseo de Gracia). I wait for you!
