Essential Free walking tours of Porto

One of the best tours I have ever attended! The 2.5 hour experience was fully packed with fascinating history and rich local culture. Our guide, Diogo, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor that kept everyone engaged the entire time. Time flew by so fast. Highly recommended to anyone visiting!

Diogo covered a lot of ground in Porto and gave lots of great historical information in a fun and engaging way :) he also gave us food recommendations at the end of the tour which we enjoyed - thank you!

Diogo was a terrific guide. He shared interesting historic information about Porto/Portugal mixed in with cultural tidbits and humor. He was also sensitive about finding shady spots to talk when we stopped and to make sure our group could hear him well. I highly recommend!!

Diogo is a 5star guide. He is funny, knowledgeable about general history, Portuguese history, Porto and places of interest. He remained behind after the tour to answer questions and gave a link to his information.

Very informative tour. Good pace to visit numerous landmarks, view spots. Lots of history and good extra tips for places to get things to eat.

We had a wonderful walking tour of Porto with our guide Pedro. He talked about the history of Porto and Portugal, with a lot of interesting fun facts and showed photos of building interiors on his tablet to bring the stories to life. He also gave practical tips (i.e. the best time of day to visit, which tickets to buy, how to avoid crowds...) at almost every stop of the tour. We especially liked that after the tour officially ended, he stayed with us a bit longer to answer our questions and give us recommendations for local food, drinks, public transport... Definitely recommend!
