Tour description
We will leave from the pier of Karaköy, from where we will take a ferry that will take us through the Golden Horn to the neighborhood of Balat.
The first stop will be at the Walls of Theodosius, which delimited the ancient city of Constantinople. From there we will go to the Church of Santa Maria de las Blanquernas, a sacred place for the Orthodox Greeks. Once the heart of Balat we will explore its colorful streets and appreciate the multiculturalism of its inhabitants. Our last destination will be the Greek neighborhood of Fener, where the building of the Orthodox Patriarchate of Constantinople stands out.
