The Civil War is the closest armed conflict that Spanish society has ever experienced , and although it remains a deep memory for many of us, it is true that younger generations have, fortunately, not had to experience that reality.

This doesn't mean we should forget the past, and that's where MAD Experiences will take you into this country's toughest conflict of the 20th century, in one of the key battlefields of the Siege of Madrid, Moncloa and Parque del Oeste, a place that was once "no man's land" and where we can still see vestiges of the horrors of the war.
Characters such as General Vicente Rojo, José Miaja, and Buenaventura Durruti will intertwine in your lives, along with Mola, Franco, and José Varela.

We'll encounter literary figures like Hemingway , more anonymous but no less important ones like Kolstov , and soldiers with tremendous strokes of luck. The machine gun nests, trenches, and buildings surrounding us are the remnants of this tragic story that undoubtedly defined the Madrid of today.
