Free Tour of Parks and Relaxations in Bucharest - Only on request
Tour description
Bucharest, once known as "Little Paris”, has plenty of beautiful parks and monuments to be enjoyed. One of the biggest parks is Herăstrău Park (I know, I know, hard pronunciation there), full of statues, nice alleys, with a gorgeous lake, and with a beautiful museum in it. The Romanian Village Museum is an open-air museum, where people can see traditional houses and household items from all parts of Romania, from about 300 years ago, up to the date.
We will also see The Arch of Triumph, and we'll see a beautiful panorama of the city from the top of it. Attention though, to get to that beautiful panorama, you need to climb stairs for about 7- 10 minutes, so take that into consideration.
At the end of this tour, we'll stop at Berăria H, a very famous hall where concerts are held, where a lot of restaurants are found, and where you can eat very good Romanian traditional food.
I invite you to one of the most beautiful guided tours through Bucharest, held by me, a licensed tourism guide, in love with this beautiful city and its history and culture. As a bonus, I will show you the interiors of the buildings we will see in books and printed photographies.
A few of the attractions of this tour are:
- Herăstrău Park
- The Arch of Triumph
- The Museum of the Romanian Village (open-air museum)
- Berăria H (where you can eat traditional Romanian food)
We will see many more places on the tour. I invite you to discover the best of Bucharest with me. Remember that this is a free tour, and the suggested support for the guide is a minimum of 10€. Also, for visiting the Arch of Triumf and the Village Museum, you need 35 lei.
