About the tour

Walking through the streets of the colonial Trinidad, the first visit is to the Museum of History, Cantero Palace, which treasures a great variety of works of art and objects of high heritage value. It has a tower inside where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city a few meters from the Plaza Mayor.

Visit the Municipal Art Gallery, to see a large selection of contemporary art by local artists. Right in front of the Plaza Mayor, the second most preserved place in Cuba, the city's emblematic place, protected by cast iron greyhounds and their famous street lamps.

Visit the Museum of Colonial Architecture, where you can see the colonial houses of Trinidad. Visit to the Greater Parish Church, Catholic, The Holy Trinity, which enjoys greater prestige for the richness of its architecture and art inside, also preserves the Christ of La Vera Cruz, protector of the city.

Visit the Romantic Museum, former Palace of Count Brunet, which holds a valuable collection of art from the early nineteenth century and the architectural features of this property distinguish it for its unique beauty, revealed symbol of the city.

Visit to the Museum of the Fight against the Bandits, former Convent of San Francisco de Asís, which has the tallest tower in the city where you can see the cultural and historical heritage of the third town founded in Cuba.

Visit to the Plaza el Jigue, where the Villa of the Holy Trinity was founded, where the first Catholic mass was celebrated. Visit the La Canchánchara tavern, to enjoy the typical city drink, optional not included, or a sugarcane juice.
