Meet the ghosts of Belfast and their best hidden secrets with our free walking tour in Spanish. From the Town Hall we will approach the Celtic origins of the ghosts that inhabit the city and discover their motivations before heading to the Masonic Lodge of the city, where we will know the influence that the Freemasons had in Belfast. A few minutes later, at Joy´s Entry we will meet Henry Joy McCracken, founder of the secret club The Muddlers. We will meet new ghosts in the Cathedral of Santa Ana; where a street troublemaker had an appearance while he was locked in the nearby police station, in the church of San Patricio; where we will know the origin of the red hand of Ulster, and in the Smithfield market; charmed by a ghost who died of a broken heart. After restoring forces with a stop and tasting at the oldest candy store in Northern Ireland, we will approach the fairies, banshees and new ghosts that manifested in the abandoned church of Carlisle, the former courthouse and the Crumlin Road prison. Finally, we will conclude the tour at the Clifton House, home of one of the largest cemeteries in Belfast, where we will meet a Celtic tradition that has come to this day: Halloween.
