Tina was absolutely brilliant, she was very friendly, thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgeable about Vienna, and was able to answer any questions that the group threw at her. The only very small negative point is that she took a photo of the group outside St Stephan's cathedral, but it doesn't seem to have been put on the website.
