Downtown Venice: San Marco

On this tour we are going to visit the most important and monumental part of Venice: the Sestiere de San Marco. We will get to know the most important festival in the city up close: the carnivals, and we will do it in a craft mask shop. We will later visit the most important theater in Venice, the Opera de la Fenice. We will enter the alleys and sheds of the city to find one of its best kept treasures: the Contarini del Bovolo Palace, totally inaccessible to tourists. And we will finish the tour visiting the most emblematic place in Venice: Saint Mark's Square, where we will find Saint Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace, and we will learn the most curious details of the history of the Republic of Venice. There will be no shortage of recommendations, both gastronomic, about transport or essential places that you cannot miss in Venice.
