Tour description

On this tour we are going to visit the most unknown part of Venice, inaccessible to tourists, but if possible, more beautiful than the one that everyone knows. The tour consists of two parts, the first will go through the Jewish quarter, considered the oldest Ghetto in the World, we will walk through its narrow streets where there are plenty of Koscher food restaurants, Jewish-themed bookstores and artisan shops with Hebrew motifs. We will pass by its five synagogues, the Hebrew Museum and the Banco Rosso, the oldest in the world. In the second part of the tour we will enter the Barrio de la Misericordia, a neighborhood inhabited in the 12th and 13th centuries by a population of Muslim merchants, and the place where the few Venetians who continue to inhabit Venice live, here we will discover what life is like of the Venetians and we will pass by some places of interest such as the enigmatic Church of Santa María del Huerto, the curious Campo de los Morí or the Church of Santa Fosca. The tour will not lack information on recommended restaurants or places to visit.

*IMPORTANT: Groups of more than 6 people are not allowed, EVEN IF THEY COME WITH DIFFERENT RESERVATIONS, the guide may refuse the admission of these groups to the tour. For groups of more than 6 we have private Tours for 150 that can be contracted directly with the guide.
