I am a Coach, Master in NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Mindfulness Instructor, lover of the city of Montevideo and its coast. My senses learned to capture the beauty of the simple, what seems hidden and yet is there as a mute witness of our lives, the language of landscapes transmit sensations and experiences that are only visible from the heart, there is a world that we He speaks, but that we do not perceive, we cannot see him, we do not have that moment to connect with him.

The tour consists of a walk where we will enjoy the city and nature, its energy and its magic. They are routes that are done walking in different points of the coast of Montevideo.
The city of Montevideo has the privilege of being one of the few capitals in the world that can be traversed, in its entirety, from one end of its coastline to the other, always looking at the sea.
