We are from Sanlúcar, we are passionate about our city and we want to tell you what we know about it. We are professionals in the sector. Javier, Art Historian from the University of Seville and Víctor, Tourism Technician from the University of Cádiz.
White light, streets by the sea, a golden wine that tastes like flowers, a unique gastronomy and a city full of history . Magellan-Elcano and the First Tour of the World, Cervantes, Isabel La Católica, Goya, Godoy, dukes and great navigators.
We will meet in the Plaza del Cabildo to go up little by little to our Barrio Alto (medieval Sanlúcar) .
We will visit our market (open from Monday to Saturday in the morning), an authentic souk of tradition, cheerful people and a lot of sea. We will get lost in a labyrinth of palaces, gardens, convents, stately homes and even a castle!
You will get to know corners, places and traditions as if you were another Sanluqueño. It is not a visit, it is an EXPERIENCE.
I will be next to the fountain in the Plaza del Cabildo. .
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
