Can You Handle It? Tour's (CYHIT) goal is to provide history, entertainment and spread the love for our cities, all in one dose! We’d like to share a walk and a few captivating stories with all those who can handle our quirky style and humor. We have been sharing laughs and knowledge since 2010 in Belgium, Germany, U.K. and Netherlands.
This tour of Amsterdam is much different than the usual politically correct BS. Think of this as the politically incorrect tour of Amsterdam, so bear that in mind when going on this tour. It will be full of bad language, bad taste jokes and, yes, of course, a history lesson!. No snowflakes allowed!!! *18 and older*
Some stops included in the tour:
Please, if you cannot make it to the tour ( yes, we understand that hangover in Amsterdam can be pretty strong), please let us know in time, so you might free a spot for another rude bastard. Thanks :)
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the tour time. We prefer to start on time :-). We also need a minimum of 3 people in order to go through with the tour, so in case there are not enough people booked in, we are going to inform you 3 hours before the tour. This happens only sometimes if there are cancellations.
Once you get to Amsterdam central station you might feel a bit lost, as it is a huge badass building. But don't worry, find a main entrance and opposite the main entrance you will see a little white building( GVB building)- Cafe - Restaurant LOETJE. Cross the tram rails and once you come closer to the building, you will see one of our guides with the tiny yellow flag, you cannot miss. Btw, it is not even two minutes walk from the main entrance, so if you walk longer, you are probably going in the wrong direction. In case you are lost, contact us :)
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
