I propose a different sensory and emotional FREE TOUR experience : capture the essence of Almuñécar and its soul through your senses and the work of its artisans; discover flavours, sounds and traditions by practicing mindfulness and walking slowly .

We will get to know some of the most emblematic places and artisan establishments in the city, where we will be able to breathe their art up close, impregnate ourselves with their passion and talent.

We will practice mindfulness , the here and now to admire the beauty of his works.

What will we discover and what will we do?

  • We will begin the experience at the monument to the Phoenicians, the work of contemporary artist Miguel Romero Morena.


  • We will visit an establishment where handmade soaps are made. Did you know that a soap needs 4 to 6 weeks to dry? Did you know that patience is one of the attitudes of mindfulness? We will discover the virtues of patience .


  • Did you know that pyramids are built in Almuñécar? This is what you will discover in the second stage where curiosity will be our travel companion.


  • We will get to know Antonio's workshop, a wonderful person who comes to his workshop every day to share his passion for music and truly listen again.


  • We will continue the walk until we visit and meditate in a place dedicated to shapes and colors, a real gift for our eyes, where we will learn the art of letting go and accepting.


  • And now close your eyes and imagine the smell of bread fresh from the oven. We will close our experience in a bakery where bread is still made with the wisdom and know-how of its founders, and where we will learn about the importance of living here and now.
