We really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. Fran, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and was also very helpful after the conclusion of the tour as we picked his brain about other areas of the city we were considering visiting. My youngest daughter is interested in ceramics, and he was even able to put us in touch with someone locally who works in that field. In addition to the history we learned about the city, our family particularly appreciated the emphasis Fran put on sharing details about many of the sustainability efforts of the city/country, as this is a philosophy that's important to us and we enjoyed learning more about how another government/culture approaches it.
