This Tour is a tourist tour that will start in the Plaza Mayor of Lima. This square, over the years, has witnessed different episodes of a lot of history. In the colony it was a walled city.
Throughout the tour we will talk about the Cathedral of Lima , Government Palace, Municipality, Archbishopric of the city of Lima , the balconies that protrude throughout the square, we will appreciate the taulichusco stone in the Santa Rosa passage in honor of the saint from Lima
We will visit the Peruvian chocolate museum , to taste chocolates and piscos , continuing along Calle del Pecado y la carne where we will see two important buildings: The house of Peruvian literature and the famous Bar Cordano, the oldest in the center, then we will visit the convent of San Francisco , which has a beautiful Mudéjar-style Dome, one of the most beautiful libraries in the world , choir stalls , paintings by Pedro Pablo Rubens , and pieces made of ivory among other attractions. To finish the tour we will visit the wall park where we will see what was left of the city, its importance, the social contrast appreciating the San Cristóbal hill , and a mini zoo. From now on I promise you that the experience will be pleasant so I am waiting for you to get to know the city with an entertaining guide and photographer :)
Remember that the tour has additional to the payment of the guide, an entrance to the Convent where we will see the Catacombs of 15 soles.
