Are you ready for your Mindfulness experience through the streets of Almuñécar?

What will we discover and what will we do?

We will practice several meditations along the route, to awaken our senses and discover Almuñécar in a conscious way.

  • We will begin the experience by manifesting our intention and becoming aware next to the Peñon del Santo, where you can appreciate the beauty of this natural monument🌄.


  • We will visit the beautiful palace of La Najarra , where we will practice paying attention to our senses .


  • We will meditate next to the characteristic Pozo de la Calle Nueva⛲ , to discover the importance of letting go of the "luggage".


  • We will change our perspectives next to the Castle of San Miguel 🏰, feeling strong as a mountain.


  • We will sail to our destination next to the monument to the Phoenicians, to realize that traveling does not require much luggage💼.


  • We will end the experience with a drink in a calm place, to remember that the here and now is the only moment that counts🌟.

  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • Hours: Monday to Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
  • 16 years old and up.
  • Meeting point: on the stairs of the cove of the Peñón de Santo.
  • Difficulty: Low.
  • Includes an infusion/coffee🫖


Recommendations:

Arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the experience. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.


At the end of the tour we will have a coffee/infusion to share the experience🫖.
