I propose a walk and a mindfulness tasting to awaken your senses , without rushing.

Ready for your Mindfulness & Slow experience?

We will practice various meditations along the way, to awaken our senses and we will discover its fragrances.

We will start by breathing consciously in a corner with wonderful views of the Alhambra .
We will listen to the " silence " in a square where time seems to have stopped, practicing the " here and now ".
We will walk through the charming neighborhood of Sacromonte where we will practice a meditation to absorb the energy of Granada.
We close the trip in a charming establishment where we will do a minfulness tasting of local products, awakening your senses .

At the end of the tour there will be a surprise so that Granada will remain forever in your memories.
