Tour description

Hello everyone, and welcome to our walking tour of Aqaba! I'm Mohammed , a local guide from Aqaba . Before we set off, let's take a moment to introduce ourselves and get acquainted. I'm excited to show you around and share some fascinating insights about our beautiful city.

We'll kick things off right here in front of McDonald's, a convenient meeting spot in the heart of Aqaba. From there, we'll dive into the vibrant tapestry of Aqaba's modern history, culture, and everyday life, sprinkled with surprises along the way.

As we stroll along the seaside street, take in the stunning vistas of our neighboring countries  framing our city. It's a testament to Aqaba's strategic location and rich cultural heritage.

Next, we'll make our way to the oldest vegetables and food market, where we'll treat ourselves to some local tea, savory delights, and perhaps satisfy our sweet tooth with traditional cookies. Don't forget to bring your change and a bag for any souvenirs or treats you fancy!

Our journey continues through the bustling Souq Al-Balad , where we'll immerse ourselves in the sights, sounds, and flavors of daily life in Aqaba. Along the way, we'll sample more local delicacies, engage with friendly vendors, and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.

Now, let's take a leisurely stroll to Sharif Hussein Bin Ali's House, a historical gem nestled in the heart of Aqaba. This stately residence was once home to the great-grandfather of His Majesty King Abdullah II and offers a fascinating glimpse into Jordan's rich history.

And of course, we can't miss the iconic Aqaba Fort, a symbol of our city's resilience and heritage. As we explore its ancient walls and towers

Throughout our tour, let's bring our good vibes and curiosity as we embark on this journey of discovery together. So, lace up your walking shoes, soak up the sunshine, and let's make some unforgettable memories here in Aqaba. Ready to go? Let's dive in!"
