I absolutely adore the Algarve, there is something special in the air here. I have traveled around the world but I still kept coming back, because this place was calling me and this is what I would like to show you too in many different ways!
I am a Yoga instructor and practitioner, sport enthusiastic and an outdoor/nature lover person. For for the past 6 years I have been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness in the nature. I am continuously improving my knowledge and practice in Yoga, Health, Lifestyle, Sport & Nutrition. I am always ready to widen my horizon and keep my heart open for new experiences in order to guide you to a well-balanced lifestyle.
My Programs include beside yoga, some breath-work or just awakening thought. My aim is to make sure that you get an unforgettable experience.

Tour description
A Mindful Hike is a beautiful way of experiencing the coastline and the ocean in the South-West part of the Algarve while bringing your attention to the present moment, mindful walking is the practice of becoming aware of your surroundings and how your body and mind feel while moving.
I will show you some of the specialties of the coast starting from Praia de Alemao in Portimao. We will practice different mindfulness techniques, which you can also take with you into your daily life to live your life in the present moment and release stress and worries.
Please note that the experience has a fix price of 25€ per person.

Please meet me at the entrance of the beach called Praia de Alemão / Barranco das Canas, but still at the parking level, at the information blackboard. You will recognize me as I will wear an "el Sol - Lifestyle Instructor" hoodie / Top.

How much does this tour cost?
