Hi, I am Dubravka. And yes, you say it just like Dubrovnik :) I am a fresh and vibrant face in guiding tours, and I am ready to start this journey with you. I am also a pedagogue and a history teacher, working in secondary school for the last 13 years. This is a tour with interesting information about the political and social changes happening in Zagreb from 1918 until 1945.
We will discover what events had shifted Croatia closer to fascism during the first half of the 20th century, how life was lived in the 1930s and 1940s, and get to know Partisans - an underground movement against fascism in Zagreb and the surrounding area.

We are meeting by the fountain at the Zagreb's Main Square. Just follow the pink umbrella.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
