Tour description

Saigon's food scene is renowned for its diversity and flavors, reflecting the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam. Exploring the city's streets, tasting dishes from different regions, and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere would be an unforgettable adventure. this evening food walking tour with me when most of the street vendors open for business. You will taste cuisine from North, Central, and South Vietnam.

Get picked up at the meeting point, Huyen Sy Church, and then we leave the tourist area behind and walk to the local area. Start your food adventure in the non-tourist district.
I designed the tour with many dishes with small bites. You can order as much as you want, and if you feel full, you can skip some food stops on the tour. However, you can watch how vendors make the dishes and take pictures. Most of the food stops, and we will share meals to eat together.

It was a rainy day, which was a pity, but we showed up nonetheless. Our guide Bob was very smiley and energetic. We walked through many hidden alleys to get to the food stalls, which would have been impossible if we navigated on our own. The tour was a refreshing experience even though we're not strangers to Vietnamese food. We enjoyed ourselves.

I did the tour on my first night in Vietnam and was the best choice ever! My guides were Emmie and another male guide(sorry, I forgot the name), and they were amazing in explaining everything about the different meals you can find in Vietnam. They showed us how to prepare spring rolls, and all the places we visited were great! Consider that this tour has a cost of 10 USD per person plus whatever you spend on food during the tour (Approx 10 USD extra). In our group, we all collected 10 USD per person, and one of us kept it and paid at the different restaurants. In my case, I was the accountant of the group, so I paid for everything and, at the end of the tour, gave what was left of money back to everyone on the tour. We spent approximately 8 USD per person on food plus 10 USD to pay the tour guides.

What a delicious and fabulous evening! Daniel was kind and his English is perfekt! He changed the route for us, so we could pass by a atm earlier… The two we tried before the tour were closed or out of money😅 We enjoyed a variety of typical vietnamese dishes, which were all tasty! Totally recommend the tour!👍🏼
