incredible tour in Fes

Abdol he was very friendly and helpful guide he took us to some spots and monuments in fes from inside and outside we enjoyed our time with him he so fun and he helped us to carry our goods that we bought from there leathers things and handicraft thank you

I have been with an other guide here in fes but I think abdol he is more informative guide and he knows the medina as his pocket

We chose this tour because there were a lot of good comments. But they did not match our experience. The guide barely gave us information about the city, the places, the history and the culture. We got more information from another person that was participating in the tour. He spoke too softly so it was very hard to hear him. First we saw the Bab Boujloud where he only gave us information about the meaning of the colours and the century it was build. Then we entered a medrasa where he gave very basic information. The same regarding the big mosque. The signs in the places have more information than what he provided. Then we were taken to a hamam where no information was given to us except asking if we wanted to make a booking and had to wait there 15 or 20 min for people to book. Then we went to the leather shop which had a good view of the tannery, and the person that explained the process there was a lot better at narrating and engaging. Then we were taken to a Berber pharmacy where they wanted to sell us products. And that was it. At some point he took us to a restaurant and said the tour would continue after (the restaurant was tasty and had good prices). He said that after we would go to see a silver shop and we mentioned we were more interested in visiting historical sites. After a while he came back and said the tour was over.
