Noah is very knowledgeable and loves what it does. He took me to many wonderful bars and clubs and had great fun. He was very accommodating as the starting time of the tour was 5pm but this changed to 7pm as there was a delay with my flight. Thank you Noah for such a memorable evening.

I've done these free tours all over Europe and always been thrilled, so I thought I'd try one in my own hometown, well I still haven't done one. Waited at the meeting point, no guide. Then when I'd already given up hope and was on the train home he called and asked me to come back. I didn't. If he'd called or texted me that he was going to be late ahead of time, I would have waited, but he didn't. Awful customer service.

Noah is a great guide with plenty of local tips. Unfortunately it was a pretty rainy night so the experience could have been better, but wasn't any fault of the tour. We came back to a couple of the spots he pointed out, and you get a nice look at several walkable neighborhoods in Lower Manhattan. Noah is also more than happy to communicate with you outside of the tour if you need further tips.
