Jon was very professional and very nice guide. He knows a lot and he's happy to share his knowledge. All details and moments of September 11 were interesting. I learned a lot about Financial District and September 11 memorial.

Mary was a fantastic tour guide—she shared lots of fun facts and kept us laughing throughout the tour. It was a really interesting experience, and I especially loved the Grand Central Library part, it was my favorite section. She pointed out details I definitely would have missed on my own, like the statues and their meanings.

The tour guide was having good knowledge about the NY history and building history and many more. She was very polite and humble.

The thrid of our City Shuffle tours during our four day trip to NYC and it was excellent again. Just the right balance of history, humour and personal knowledge. A perfect end to our stay and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was the most fun walking tour I’ve ever been on! Our guide, Gio, was very knowledgeable and chill - he explained all these stories about New York's Financial District in a way that was easy to follow and actually interesting. I feel like I’ll remember a lot of it for a long time. The places Gio took us to were beautiful too, and he was great at taking photos - he’d even offer to help and find really nice angles if you wanted pictures of you. Definitely one of the highlights of my New York trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic Free Walking Tour through New York, covering iconic spots like Times Square, Bryant Park, the Public Library (we even entered the library), Grand Central Station, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Our guide, Ian, did an outstanding job. He was professional and genuinely entertaining throughout the entire tour. He mixed fascinating historical insights with fun facts and jokes, which made the experience both informative and enjoyable. This was easily one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. We learned so much while having a great time. Highly recommended to anyone visiting New York — don’t miss it! :D

This tour was a great mix of history, architecture, well-known sites, and "hidden" gems. Jonathan was knowledgeable, entertaining, and able to answer questions on a variety of topics. The tour was well-paced.

Jon took great care with such vast and oftentimes sensitive information. I now am geared with so much knowledge about the history of the financial capitol of the world!
