1. All of us - the tour guides - are locals and professionals with 3 to 5 years of education at University.

Yes, we work for tips. No salary.

50% of your tip goes to the guide, and the other 50% to the company (Lima Destroy), which covers the GuruWalk platform fee per person and other logistical expenses.

3. Things we DO NOT do:

We do not take you to or recommend any tourist trap or any museum-store that you could easily visit on your own.

We do not accept massive groups.
We don’t go for quantity - we value quality, transparency, and connection.
