Unconventional Geneva Tour, Off the beaten path

Fantastic tour! We got to know more about the culture of Geneva, including historic and cultural context. Even during the tour we got to discuss lots of different life topics. This tour is really worth it, as you’ll be discovering the less frequented places, but equally as enjoyable and interesting. Definitely one of our highlights and the tour we recommend to all of our friends visiting Geneva. Thanks for such a wonderful afternoon!

“Unconventional” is the perfect word to describe this tour—in the best way. Having done the “Geneva’s Essentials” tour two days prior, I wanted to make the most of my short stay and dive a bit deeper. This experience offered a richer look at Geneva’s urban life, with a focus on community, creativity, and a sense of ownership in local spaces, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t as polished as the essentials tour (and to be fair, most in the group hadn’t taken that one), but I didn’t mind. The curation felt intentional, and the inclusion of green spaces provided a refreshing contrast to the city’s more central areas—even a city as beautiful as Geneva can benefit from. I’d honestly take this tour again just to see how the neighborhoods and initiatives have evolved. A unique and worthwhile experience.

Excellent guide. Interacted well with the group. Walk was too long for 70 year old pensioners. Walk advertised for 1 1/2 hours but went on for 2 hours.

This is indeed an unexpected tour, but we enjoyed it a lot. The weather was great, and that made the tour even nicer. Olie entertained us every step, and showed us around places we would never have seen. The nature is great, the river was so clear. A must do tour if you stay more than 2 days in Genève.
