Tour description
Enjoy a street food tour at the world's largest fish markets with a special set provided by your guide. You'll learn about artisan techniques, flavor-enhancing methods, and Japanese food culture.

Fish Cutting Show
- The 11:00 AM tour includes a live fish cutting show by a professional chef, followed by a seafood rice bowl made from the freshly cut fish.
Guests on the 8:30 AM tour can also join the show at 12:00 PM, but there will be a wait after the tour ends.
- The 8:30 AM tour includes a premium seafood bowl or sushi, carefully chosen from the freshest selections in the market.
Important Notes
- Please note that on Wednesdays, Sundays, and national holidays, about half of the shops in the Tsukiji Outer Market may be closed.
While some shops remain open and tours are still available, the experience may differ from usual.

- The fish cutting show starts at 12:00 PM and is only available on the 11:00 AM tour.
On days when the shop is closed (mainly Wednesdays and Sundays), the show will not be held.
In such cases, sushi or a seafood bowl will be provided instead.
