Ramallah is a safe and friendly city where you can comfortably explore its streets and markets day and night, as its people are known for their hospitality and helpfulness. We will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the Dar Zahran Heritage Museum (Old City, Ramallah). You can easily recognize us because we will be holding a sign that says "GuruWalk," wearing traditional Palestinian scarves, and carrying a special tote bag from the Yasmine Zahran Historical Library filled with local information and memorable souvenirs for our guests.

First Stop: Dar Zahran Heritage Building – The Heart of Old Ramallah We begin our tour at Dar Zahran Heritage Building, one of the oldest and most beautiful traditional stone houses in Ramallah. Here, you’ll discover rare art exhibitions, traditional Palestinian artifacts, and inspiring stories from the Zahran family. Enjoy authentic hospitality with local tea or coffee and sweets. Dar Zahran is a living cultural center and eco-museum that celebrates and preserves Ramallah’s unique heritage

The Old City Ramallah
Discover Ramallah’s Old City market, where artisans create traditional crafts and locals share stories. Rosat Handicrafts Workshop
Rosat Handicrafts Workshop is a Palestinian initiative focused on traditional arts and crafts, especially embroidery and handmade dresses. Operating under the Anata Center, the workshop brings together creative women artisans who produce unique, heritage-inspired pieces. Through its Instagram page, Rosat showcases its products, highlights stories of empowerment, and offers followers the opportunity to support local craftswomen and purchase authentic handmade items.
