Ancient Rome on foot walking through the Roman and Imperial Forums.

Capitoline Hill, Colosseum, Palatine Hill. This is a stroll among the most ancient and modern temples, such as that of Julius Caesar, the first emperor who built the first great Imperial Forum. After Caesar, Augustus built his own Forum with the majestic Temple of Mars, the avenger of Caesar's death. Nerva and Trajan built their own equally large and monumental Forums. We'll stop in front of Trajan's Column and admire the marvelous bas-reliefs that tell the story of the Romans' war against the Dacians and their subsequent victory. Finally, we'll see the Colosseum and its marvelous architecture, composed entirely of arches.
