Join us on a fantastic tour around Alfama and Mouraria, the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon and discover the origins of this incredible city, which is one of the oldest ones in Europe.

For over 3000 years, different civilizations left their mark in Lisbon. The Phoenicians, the Romans, the Visigoths, the Moors and finally the Christians, led by the first King of Portugal, Afonso Henriques.

En semana santa hemos realizado un tour por la zona de Alfama y alrrededores, quedamos muy decepcionadas con Rafa el guia, Deberia de respetar a las personas q contratan el tour, explicarles lo q hay en LAS ZONAS PROGRAMADAS, no decir lo q le da la gana, hablar en un vocabulario informal queriendo hacerse colega. El respeto es muy importante. No decir cosas en contra o juzgar a los demás guias, de q ellos cuentan unos rollos aprendidos como papagayos... NO SE CIÑÓ AL PROGRAMA DEL RECORRIDO. PROGRAMA QUE NOS HABIA GUSTADO Y POR ESO CONTRATAMOS ESE FREE TOUR no lo hicimos para encontrarnos una persona q hace y presume de hacer lo q le da la gana, como es enseñarnos solo y explicar parte de su barrio y normalmente a distancia de los sitios de los que hablaba....Alfama, sin llevarnos ni hablar a los miradores, castillo, es decir sólo visitamos y... con muy poca información importante los 7 primeros lugares del recorrido propuesto, el resto nada y yo hice captura de los sitios ofertados y así veiamos por donde pasabamos y lo que faltaba por ver. Por otro lado durante el recorrido estuvo fumando continuamente, cigarrillo tras cigarrillo. Apareció una chica que.... se acerco y le dijo.... huyyyy que culillo tienes! Y luego en el tramo final del tour se unió al grupo. También comentó que en el tour tenía dos amigos q le habían ido a visitar y no paraba de preguntarles, solo a ellos, si lo q les decía estaba bien o querían saber algo más.... a las demás personas nada, era como que el tour lo hacía con esas dos personas y los demás éramos... apegados Al final dijo q no fueramos "RATAS" q el estaba trabajando y q menos de 20€ no diéramos, y después del regreso envió un email a nuestro correo personal pidiéndo q le puntuemos.... bien.... Me parece..... una falta de seriedad y profesionalidad total.... sin comentarios. Si no creen lo q digo, solo tienen que enviar a una persona para que observe como realiza los tours, la culpa última es de Guruwalk, que revisen o controlen a los "guias" que trabajan para ellos
