Bogotá Food Tour

Highly recommend!

This was a great tour to try Colombian food from fruit juice to bbq meat. Elvira presented much information in an engaging fashion, and the time allotted for each stop was perfect.

I would thoroughly recommend this tour with Elvira. A lot of fun trying different Columbian foods. My favourite the potato soup. I'm glad I tried the hot chocolate and cheese drink!! But maybe that one's not for me! Thank you Elvira

O tour de Elvira é muito bom. Conheci várias comidas e bebidas típicas de rua que não teria oportunidade de conhecer (ou vontade de provar) se não fosse pelo tour. Fiz o tour em Bogotá, e depois passei por Medellín, Cartagena e Santa Marta, e os conhecimentos adquiridos no tour foram úteis até o final da viagem! Super recomendo!

The tour with Elvira was great - we were lucky to be the only ones on the tour that day, and Elvira was very knowledgeable, friendly, and the fruit we tasted were all fresh & delicious!

Santiago introduced us to Columbia’s cuisine. We tried different food: empanadas, arepas, cacao with cheese, premium coffee and some other. It was fun, educating and interesting food tour. We are surprised how knowledgeable Santi is. W absoltely love this tour and Santi.

We had loads of fun on Elvira’s Bogota food walking tour. We met some nice people, tasted many things that we would never have tried and also learned some about Bogota - its history and culture.

Jeff was a really clear speaker and easy to understand. He took us to a great variety of restaurants where we paid for the samples of food that we wanted to try. It was a change from other food tours we have done, but it was nice because you could choose what samples you wanted and the quantity.

The tour was great!

Unfortunately the tour was cancelled at the last minute by the guide as not enough people registered to attend.

It was a large group so we were a little apprehensive but Santi was knowledgeable and took us to some cool places where we could try a variety of food. We ate lunch before so wasn’t super hunger but that was probably for the best as the plates weren’t massive!
