What a Day! The history of the Mosque is shocking; I've learned a lot from the 11th century to the present innovations. Gamal is a pro! All The angle of the Tour and even taking photos! (Exceptional) I love how he make sure that you're not gonna get bored or etc. one of a kind man! Plus the Scooter it’s was a Banger Experience too Never in a million years did I imagine myself riding a scooter but Surprise Surprise I did here in Egypt. This was our second tour with Youssef. Our first experience, the Old Cairo Tour was so good that we immediately booked another one with him. Our tour with Youssef was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us off at the end of the day. We started the morning exploring Saqqara, and after lunch, we visited the Giza Plateau. Youssef has an incredible depth of knowledge about Egyptian history and culture, which he shares with passion, humor, and genuine love for his country. We finished the tour feeling like we had learned so much and gained a deeper appreciation for Egypt’s history. If you’re visiting Cairo or Giza, don’t hesitate for a second — take a tour with Youssef!

We are very satisfied with the Saladin Citadel tour! Mahmoud showed extensive knowledge of history, architecture and culture. He radiates casual but respectful vibes and is very kind and friendly. He showed us newly opened sections of the Saladin Citadel, took great photos of us in awesome spots and even sang for us in mosques to display the acoustics! His great voice fits the mosques so well we got the chills!

Very nice tour, the guide shows you around the main attractions of the citadel, plus secret spots! He was very gentle and friendly, would recommend it!

Excellent tour, the guide was super professional, he took us to extra places were tourists doesn’t know that can be visited, took excellent photos, sing for us inside de mosques in order to show the acoustics of building and gave recommendations of other touristic places to visit. Mahmoud was really helpful to visit the citadel. Visiting the citadel without him wouldn't be as nice as it was

Mahmoud was a perfect guide for us, he is very polite and having always good manners. His English is above average and he’s very clear during his explanation. He also sang for us, very nice voice!

The tour is exactly as described. The entire walk will be inside the citadel where you will see very interesting architecture, and Mahmoud shares lots of historical and cultural information. Weather can be very hot- wear hat and bring water. Please note, be sure to check and conform to dress code for mosques. Otherwise women visitors will be asked to purchase or rent a scarf for hair and shoulders. Very nice tour.

Taking this tour has been one of the highlights of my stay in Cairo. While at first I thought the Citadel would be little more than an ancient vantage point to overlook the hazy Cairo skyline; instead it turns to be a place full of history, culture, and beauty. Mahmoud was very good in communicating before and during the tour. He was un-Egyptionally punctual 😀. He is a fountain of wisdom, a certified guide, and fun to be with. Would definitely recommend!
