Great walking tour. Marcelo gave lots of interesting info and answered all our questions, as well as giving a recommendation for a restaurant (A Venda) which we went to and loved! 5 stars!

We actually had the private tour because some others cancelled. Flavio started with full energy and kept this the whole tour. It was very informative and fun. He even gave us a list of the must do’s, where to get the best drinks/food and learned us our first Portugese words. I wish we started this tour at arrival. It is highly recommended to start this tour if this is your first time in Faro.

De combinatie van leuke locaties, interessante achtergrondinformatie en Flavio's vriendelijke aanpak maakte deze ervaring echt de moeite waard. Like everyone is saying, Marcelo is a complete gem! He was so knowledgeable, considerate, and perfectly punctual. I learned, among many other things, that many English and Portuguese words that start with "al-" come from the Moors, namely algebra and algorithm! I highly recommend this tour.

What a fantastic tour! The guide, Flavio, was knowledgeable, funny and gave us great local insights of Faro. The city is amazing btw. The list of local food places to try also is my to do list for the next days, so far so good, the bifana was fantastic 👍🏻
