We had a fantastic walking tour of Faro today! Our guide Flavio was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and engaging throughout. He struck exactly the right balance between sharing the history of Faro and Portugal more broadly without making it feel overwhelming. He brought the city's history to life with interesting stories, fascinating facts and plenty of personality. We came away with a much better appreciation of Faro, its heritage and Portuguese history in general. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Faro. A brilliant experience and a great guide!

I really enjoyed this tour with Flavio! He’s a Faro local, his English is fluent and easy to follow, and he was friendly and welcoming throughout. There were only three of us, which made the experience feel relaxed and personal. We had plenty of opportunities to chat between stops, ask questions and share a few laughs. I particularly love stories, and Flavio had so many to share about Portugal’s origins and the history of Faro. They really brought the places we visited to life. The tour was scheduled for two hours but lasted almost two and a half, and the walk remained enjoyable and engaging throughout. I felt I got everything I had hoped for, and a little more. A lovely way to discover Faro with someone who knows the city so well. Highly recommended!

The tour and guide were great. Unfortunately what spoilt it was a family with children who were translating everything the Guide said to their children in French. This was extremely annoying and rude as it was a constant distraction. Particularly frustrating as when I booked the tour, there was an option to select the language.

Very nice, fun guide who made the tour interesting without being boring and advised us where and what to eat, where to hear fado and where to buy the most delicious lemon pastel de nata in all of Portugal!
