We love the tour! Strongly recommend! Thank you Abderrahime!!
Abderrahime was fabulous and made it a great experience. He picked a great route, was extremely knowledgable and top it all, had a great sense of humour. Would love to do more of his tours!
Excellent introduction to Fez both informative and entertaining.
Abdul was a very good and funny guid. We really liked the tour!!
Very professional The earbuds helped lot Highly recommended
It was such an amazing experience. He was so patient with us (we had a toddler without a baby stroller) and he was so helpful! We would rate our time with Abdi a 15/10!
Abderrahime is a passionate retired professor who loves sharing his culture and knowledge with people around the world. The route and storytelling from his is unique and very entertaining, I totally recommend his tour - the best we had!
One of the best tours I’ve taken. He will even guide you to the tanneries! So fun, so great! Very informative yet still funny and entertaining.
Good tour!
Abderrahime was a very good guide and led us to all special places in the Medina. Thank you!
We had an amazing experience during our walking tour in the medina of Fes. Our guide was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and full of knowledge about the city and its fascinating history. He explained everything in such an engaging way that we felt truly connected to the culture and traditions of Fes. We are extremely happy that we chose to take this tour because it allowed us to discover so many hidden corners that we would never have found on our own. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Fes, it was one of the highlights of our trip.
very friendlyguru. interesting path and a great way in delivering the information
Abderrahime is a very friendly and informative guide. I would highly recommend this tour.
Abderrahime took us on a fascinating tour around of the Medina of Fés. He provided headphones so we could hear him properly while walking on the busy street. He had a fond knowledge of the history and made sure we had fun on the tour! Would definitely recommend!
An unforgettable free walking tour through the heart of Fes We had the absolute pleasure of joining a free walking tour in Fes, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire trip to Morocco. Our guide was the wonderful Abderrahime, a retired teacher with a true passion for storytelling. From the moment we met him, it felt like we were stepping into a living history lesson — his words were captivating, his energy infectious, and his love for his city truly inspiring. Abderrahime told us, “I will take you on a journey through time,” and he absolutely delivered. We started in a more modern part of the medina and gradually descended — century by century — into the historical depths of the old city. Each section was introduced with a sparkle in his eye and a question: “Do you feel it? We’re entering another century now.” And it genuinely felt that way. The way he structured the tour made it feel like a story unfolding in real time. He shared not only historical facts and cultural insights, but also personal experiences of growing up in Fes, which added such a human and authentic layer to the tour. He welcomed every question with kindness and patience and made sure everyone in the group felt involved and looked after. At one point, we lingered at a carpet shop to buy some souvenirs, and while the group moved ahead, Abderrahime stayed close by, keeping an eye on us to make sure we didn’t get lost. We felt safe and supported the entire time. Another charming detail: to make sure no one got lost in the crowded streets, he gave us a tiny travel companion — a small camel figurine we could follow through the maze-like medina. It was a small gesture, but one that made a big difference in helping us stay together and enjoy the walk stress-free. This wasn’t just a walking tour — it was a journey, a classroom, a time capsule, and a personal story all rolled into one. We cannot recommend this experience enough. If you’re visiting Fes and want to truly understand the soul of the city, go on this tour — and if you're lucky enough to get Abderrahime as your guide, you're in for something truly special.
He was very charismatic, entertaining with a lot of knowledge to share with us, very generous of his Time
This is one of the best tours I have done in my life. Abdulrahim is an amazing storyteller and had the perfect plan to narrate the history of fez. He explained not only fez, but the culture of Morocco as a whole. He kept us engaged for 3 hrs and we didn't even know when the time flew. He was humble and kind and extremely professional. So happy to have chosen this tour. Highly recommended!
I have done 100s of free walking tours and this was one of the best. Abdullah used a headset when so we could hear in the Medina and was able to cover 1000 years of history and show how people still live today. Must do when in Fez!
I would highly recommend Abderrahime as a guide, as he is very professional, entertaining, and knowledgeable.
Excellent and very knowledgeable and warm guide !
Abderrahsime was a charming guide. His English was exceptional. He was informative and humorous. He managed the larger group really well. Not a “pushy guide”. Cudos to his assistant Camelo for keeping us from getting lost in the Medina. Highly recommended
Very nice tour, where you get to know everything you need to know about Fes. A large part of the history is covered but also something is mentioned about the way houses are constructed and why they do the things they do. What was very nice is that you get your own receiver + headphone because when it is crowded, it might get hard to hear the guide well. The headphones are a perfect solution!
This tour was fantastic. We are not really organized tour people, but the guide did a nice job of making it engaging and talking about fascinating subjects. The route was easy, as it was all down hill. The group size was 10 or so people which allowed us to go at a nice pace vs having a massive amount of people. I was surprised and really enjoyed myself. Highly recommend.
