I received a WhatsApp message that I did not see until too late, when we were already in the meeting point. If you put a tour on a Monday at 10:30 P. M. And then no a lot of people sing up, the proper response is to formally cancel the tour so we would have received an email of the cancellation. Not to send a message for a number that is not in our records asking us to cancel ourselves. I think this could have been managed better.
