João is super knowledgeable and passionate, a down to earth anthropologist who made us, as first-timers, fall in love with Coimbra. Our group was just two couples, so it felt like a relaxed walk with an old friend who happens to know all the cool stories about the city. He was also recommended few places to eat and we tried them, were yummy.
Absolutely fantastic walk! Joao was incredibly knowledgeable about everything! Wonderful introduction to the city. Highly recommend!
