Joao was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions and knew about many aspects of Coimbra and Portugal: history, culture, food, modern society, geopolitics, etc. Our tour route was also very comprehensive, we felt very familiar with the downtown and university area afterwards
Joao covered many things during the tour, very willing to share information, very detailed, which helped us to understand a great deal about Coimbra and about Portugal. Despite ours being a small group of 3, he put in great efforts to make sure we really learnt about Coimbra during the tour!
