Gabriel was excellent, he has the right personality for a great tour guide: easy-going, approachable and fun, but knowledgeable and professional at the same time. He made sure everyone got to know each other, he was checking on us in terms of mobility and bathrooms stops, he warned us about tourist scams and explained what to do and what not to do while in Madeira. As a fellow tour guide, I was impressed. The tour was a perfect introduction to Funchal, exactly what we were looking for on our 1st day in Madeira. Gabriel was patient answering all the questions and generous with his time, he even prepared a special treat for us at the end, which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended!
