Hi and a big welcome to the largest Medina in the world. My name is Abdou. I was born and raised in Fes, Morocco. I'm an authorised and qualified tour guide. I also hold an M.A. degree in English, which is very crucial to pass the information to my guests with great fluency and ease. Fes is a mysterious and fascinating city with a lot of hidden secrets; and I'm very passionate about sharing these secrets and events with my guests. I not only have a broad knowledge of Fes history, traditions and culture, but I have also designed a tour whereby my guests will be involved in sharing these values with locals; which they wouldn't be able to do if they were on their own. I take tourists through the back and very narrow twisting alleyways which are not listed in GPSs and Maps. Abderrahime was the best guide, and this was the best walking tour I’ve ever experienced. He made the whole tour fun, engaging and incredibly informative. It was so interesting that I even took notes and later found myself explaining parts of the medina to locals in Fes. I learned more during this tour than I ever could from a book. Abderrahime was kind, patient and happy to answer all our questions, even extending the tour to make sure we got the full experience. Everyone in the group was genuinely happy and I truly admire his knowledge. If you do only one walking tour in Morocco, make it this one in Fes.
