I was just 5 mins late and I messaged my guide half n hr back . But still after 20 hrs my messages are still unread . Almost waited there for an hr . But no one was there to connect or reply . Very disappointed with guru walk . One of the worst . I specially came for this tour from Frankfurt . My day was wasted .
We got Haotong for a guide and loved his humor and information he had to give us. It was a nice laid back tour around neu-altstadt. The tour lasted 2 1/2 hours and he gave us some really good suggestions for food and places to check out after the tour. We would definitely go on a tour with him again.
Definitely a warm recommendation. Tour guide Haotong was very kind, he is very professional and experienced in his field.
