Heidi was exceptional! She exceeded my expectations of the GuruWalk. Very informative, cheerful, engaged, professional yet personable, and you could tell she genuinely loves her hometown, and enjoys showing us the best highlights in Lucerne. With the express 1.5hr walking tour, she was efficient and showed us alot. Answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Heidi! She even recommended some great eating places. Upon Heidi's recommendation, we had a delicious pasta Ravioli meal at Pastarico, a place where the locals eat! Thank you Heidi for an excellent walking tour of Lucerne!

I really enjoyed the tour with Heidi. She was very friendly, informative and always took time to answer anyone's questions and give advice. It was a great way to see most of the main sights and some hidden ones too. I definitely recommend their tour!

Heidi was a very good tour guide and a lovely human being. The tour gave a nice intro to Lucern and hit major sites of the city. It would be great to hear more colourful stories of the city and sites visited, rather than just facts, that would be our only criticism. But overall it was a very pleasant tour.

WOW! We had a wonderful city tour of Lucerne with Heidi! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the city. She shared so many interesting stories and little details that we would have never ever discovered on our own. Heidi made us feel welcome from the very beginning and was happy to answer all our questions. She also had water sprays, which helped a lot! We truly enjoyed discovering Lucerne with her and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city. Thank you, Heidi, for such a fantastic experience! 10/10 would reccomend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly Recommended! Heidi was an absolutely fantastic guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour both fun and engaging. You could really feel her passion for the city, and she shared so many interesting stories and local insights that we would never have discovered on our own. The pace was perfect, she answered every question with enthusiasm, and her recommendations for food and things to do afterward were spot on. If you’re thinking about joining a free walking tour, definitely choose Heidi—you won’t regret it. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
