We had visited Luzern in the past but never with a tour guide. Glad we did in June 2025 as we were taken to places that we would otherwie not discovered. And Jack was brilliant.

John's explanations about the history of the city were detailed and incredibly interesting. His passion for the city is obvious, and the breadth and depth of his knowledge was impressive. He was incredibly helpful and he explained everything reaaly clearly. It also try not to be boring and explain all the information in an entertaining way. He was a new-local guide (as he seemed born in Luzern), completely integrated and in control of everything that happens in that beautiful city.
