Free walking tours in Mazatlan

It was nice to learn the history of mazatlan. Enjoyed a lot the route mixed with historical spots + market + beautiful ocean area + tasty local food! Eduardo was friendly. Good walking and a lot of good recommendations! We just came to the rooftop he recommended - very pretty with yummy cocktail :)

Tour: Not only did Eduardo explain to us in great detail much of the history of Mazatlán & stories of famous landmarks (eg. architecture of the Cathedral) - but he also presented to us Mazatlán in a modern perspective, sharing with us the day-to-day town life (eg. the "unofficial" town plaza, eating pufferfish). the tour was enriched too with stops at a local cafe & pastry shop. overall, the tour made me feel like i got to experience Mazatlán as a local, not as a tourist. Eduardo: passionate tour guide. loves to learn about his guests. we had great conversations - he has great stories to tell! Eduardo also is adaptable, as he got to learn about us he catered the tour to our specific interests. overall: amazing tour, 10/10, i genuinely believe eduardo is fantastic & i wholeheartedly recommend him & his tours to anyone

Since I was the only person on the tour, it was not a typical experience. Eduardo did and said all the right things. But the highest accolade I can give to any guide in that situation is that he treated me as a friend. What more can you ask for?

Eduardo was easy to coordinate with and provided an engaging historical tour of Mazatlán. He offered a nice variety of historical and present day locations. He tailored our time specifically to our preferences. The pace was perfect - Eduardo was unrushed and set the tempo by continuously checking in with us.

We had a lovely and rich tour with José Eduardo in Mazatlan. He started by asking us what we were interested in and delivered on that. He proposed that we start earlier to skip the big heat. We learned lots of fun facts and infos about Mazatlan that gave us a better sense of where we are. It was filled with historical stories as well.
