Osaka Food Tour

Great tour. We covered a lot of places in a relatively short time. Matt was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was well prepared for the tour and even had additional materials handy to show us. Would highly recommend!

For non English speakers he speaks to fast but we got used to it .

We booked this walking tour of Osaka on the last day of our fortnight in Japan and it was just what we needed. It was a pleasure to be escorted round and offered so much information as well as being able to ask whatever questions we had. We had felt we were flagging after such a busy two weeks, but the morning we spent with our guide German was great. Our attention was held all the time and we went to places and saw things we would not have found by ourselves. When no other participants arrived at the meeting point, our guide carried on like a pro and didn't once make us feel awkward for being a group of just two. Thank you German! - Would recommend!

The tour was super fun and interesting. We learned about Japanese culture, religion and Osaka specific customs as well. In addition we got very good recommendations for places to eat. Our guide was very friendly and could easily capture the attention of the group.

Rico is a wonderful guide. He has a lot of knowledge and a good sense of humour which made it fun. He even gave us a list of his personal favourite restaurants.

Excellent tour of area, was as described. Guide spoke fluent English, was easy to understand. He was knowledgeable in the cultural and religious aspects of the area and provided us with an extensive list of recommended places to eat. Very good guide.

The tour was great, we started in Amerikamura and walked through less crowded streets back to Dotonbori and Namba, through the Manga area till fish market. Rico gave us so many info on the city, on Japan, on people and restaurant tips that I felt I then knew this country so much more.

This is a great way to walk the city and find out some interesting facts.
