The walk with Nuno in a small group throughout Belem was, thanks to his amazing talent of storytelling, like reading an exciting novel. Besides the undoubtedly deep knowledge of history and culture, his vivid, artistic manner of presenting information made of the tour a real theater play, where places and characters seemed so colorful and lively. We felt to be part of the history and inside of the historical events! Three hours passed so quickly and every minute was precious. We were very lucky to have Nuno as a guide, great itinerary, perfect organisation, we loved everything. Many thanks and see you next time!

We really enjoyed the Belém tour with Miriam. The topic of Portugal's Age of Discovery is fascinating but also quite complex, and Miriam did an excellent job presenting both the achievements and the less positive aspects in a balanced and engaging way. Despite the very hot temperatures, she kept the group comfortable by making use of shady spots whenever possible. Her English was excellent, and she explained the historical background of landmarks such as the Jerónimos Monastery, the Monument to the Discoveries and Belém Tower in an easy-to-understand and interesting way. If you're interested in the history behind Belém and Portugal's maritime past, we can definitely recommend this tour with Miriam.
