Rafaele is a Neapolitan, therefore his knowledge of the city is extensive. He explained the history of Naples clearly and quickly. I enjoyed his sense of humour and readiness to answer questions. The audio system works perfectly.

It was a good overview of the historic district but a smaller group would have been better.

Perfect for 1st time Napoli visitors. Raffaello was a great guide, his storytelling was fun, he also recommended how to explore the city further on our as well as few good local food venues.

Génesis es la guía más simpática y divertida que me he encontrado nunca. Hicimos el tour de 3 horas y me parecieron 20 minutos. Me pareció súper interesante todo lo que contaba y además lo hacía con tanto entusiasmo que en ningún momento se me hizo pesado. Además luego nos dejó un montón de recomendaciones extra :)

Claudia conducted a most entertaining and informative tour of the historical town. We gained a great insight to the people, culture and day to day life. Places of interest and restaurants were suggested for us to explore during our stay. There was plenty of opportunities to ask questions. A super tour, well worth doing!

A 2 hour tour with a short break halfway through - good historic background to Naples and interesting stories about the places we saw.

Claudia was very engaging and personable throughout. It was a large group but she ensured everyone had a warm welcome and was interested as to where they came from. She continually checked everyone was ok and if they had any questions. We learnt so much about Naples through Claudia's love and passion for her homeland and she had so many heartwarming personal stories especially about her grandmother. Me encanta hacer free tours cada vez que visito una ciudad nueva, y este ha sido, sin duda, el mejor que he hecho nunca. Génesis estuvo durante casi 3 horas explicándonos mil cosas sobre Nápoles y, en ningún momento, pierdes el interés. Es dinámica, cercana, con un sentido del humor buenísimo y, al mismo tiempo, muy profesional. Sus explicaciones son claras y te ayudan a entender la ciudad desde muchos ángulos: historia, cultura, realidad social y curiosidades que por tu cuenta seguramente no descubrirías. Se nota que disfruta lo que hace y eso se transmite durante todo el recorrido. Ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora y totalmente recomendable. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo! Gerard

Claudia a fost surprinzătoare, entuziasta si foarte bine informata. Condițiile meteo nu au fost grozave dar ea a reușit sa ,,încălzească" tot grupul, a glumit, a spus multe istorioare amuzante care sunt, de fapt, cele mai bine ținute minte. Traseul a fost interesant, foarte aglomerat dar asa e cam peste tot in Napoli Foarte incintata de acest tur. Multumesc

Wow! Such a great, informative tour! We visited really interesting places and Pier Luigi introduced us to the city in such a nice way. Better than expected. Even though we were many people it worked great with headphones - not the most sustainable though so maybe you can think of an alternative and encourage people to bring their own headphones.

Giuseppe was a wonderful guide with an engaging personality. It was obvious that he loved showing visitors his wonderful city. Our entire group had a spectacular time seeing all the sights on this tour. I would highly recommend this tour for all visitors!

The tour brought Napoli to life for us. Luigi our guide taught us about the city’s varied histories and its residents’ past and current priorities, culture and expectations. Some really fascinating and quirky stories too. Liked the short break midway through the tour. We were regularly told where we were going and the pace was perfect.
