Quito Food Tour

The guide Stefy was super! She spoken fluent English. Know a lot of details, and gave a lot of good tips. The tour duration was 3 hours, but never get bored. Recommend.

Kevin had a lot of knowledge about Quito and Ecuador. His English was impeccable and his communication skills were great..... we learned so much. We also got to try some beautiful local chocolate and candies.

Definitely one of the best city tours I’ve ever done! Alejandro is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The visit to the market was amazing, we got to taste and learn about a variety of fruits, vegetables, and traditional dishes. Alejandro takes his time to guide you through everything and clearly has a real passion for food. After the market, we took a cable car ride, and once at the top, Alejandro was very flexible with the group. We were able to enjoy a short walk and take in the stunning views. Plus, he’s a total pro at capturing the best photos of you. A great experience, really recommend!!

Viví was a fabulous guide, enthusiastic, energetic, with an engaging and interactive style and excellent English. More than 3 hours passed quickly. We learned a lot about Ecuador, had fun and tasted interesting local delicacies. Truly a 5* experience 🤩

This is my second time in Quito - I came back for more. I remembered Oscar from 2023 when I went on a guided city tour. Oscar is an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and kind. He anticipates travelers needs and makes sure everyone is OK. The foodie walking tour was great. We got to taste so many different local dishes, juices, fruits, ice cream, coffee, chocolate and liquors. The group was so into it that we even went over time. Great tour, great tour guide - highly recommended. Thank you Oscar!

El tour con Kevin ha sido espectacular! Cuenta muchas curiosidades y da información super precisa. The walking tour of Quito with Steffy was really informative and fun. She was very welcoming and shared a lot of good information. The tour included a lot of tasting of drinks and food like chocolate which was a fun addition. It was a good mix of information about history, culture, food, and legends/stories.

We had a lovely time with Vivi walking through the historical center. She told us a lot about the history, religion and indigenous culture. We also got the chance to taste a great amount of Ecuadorian chocolate, drinks and some streetfood. Hasta proximá.

Vivi was just lovely! She welcomed us so well into her country's culture and all of Quito's historical information. She also took us to many food and drink tastings, which was such a nice addition to a walking tour. Everyone around the town seemed to know her, and she treated both us and all the locals we encountered with a smile and kindness. Highly recommended!!

Alejandro was a very chatty, enthusiastic guide with loads of information to impart. We had a fun few hours with him, touring the fruit and vegetable market - sampling a few tasty morsels as we went along. Then he hailed us a taxi to take us to the cable car and accompanied us up the mountain. And he took some great photos of us as we went along. All in all a great experience!

Vivi was an excellent guide. The tour was a lot more immersive than typical walking tours, with multiple stops for tastings. Vivi was highly engaging, extremely informative about the city. I came away full of chocolate and insight into the Ecuadorean culture! Would recommend

We had an incredibly great time with Adriana 🤩 cool places, great food and a lot of helpful information. After the tour I went for dinner in one of the recommended restaurants and had a fantastic traditional dish and super friendly service.

Our guide was great! From the moment we met, the guide was friendly, attentive to our needs, and flexible. They shared interesting and funny tidbits about Ecuadorian culture, Quito, and the surroundings. We ended up spending longer than originally expected on the tour (the TeleferiQo was undergoing maintenance). We also ended up hiking for a little bit on top of the mountain, which felt great. Definetely bring a poncho or good raincoat if you're doing this during rainy season!
