After arriving in Shanghai late the night before this tour was perfect. We ticked off so many sights and learned so much which we would not have if we navigated Shanghai on our own. Raven our tour guide was so informative with a friendly personality. The tour was long, but it did not feel that way, with plenty of stops to rest while she shared information. We liked that Raven took us to a street we otherwise would not have walked down and suggested some places to try different foods. I highly recommend this tour if you want to cover a great deal in a relaxed way.

Wonderful tour, very informative in all aspects of old and new Shanghai. The only negative was the walking pace, it was a little slow for me, but I am a fast walker.

I absolutely loved this tour! As a solo traveller, I got to meet so many people, and there was plenty of time to socialise, admire the views, and learn from the guide. The tour was very well-paced and informative, with a great mix of experiences and diversity throughout. I honestly wished I could do it all over again! I would definitely recommend this tour and suggest making it one of the first things you do in Shanghai!

This 4-hour tour went by much faster than I expected! The short break helped and we were able to get something to eat, drink, and use the bathroom. The bao spot was amazing and the vegetable bao was vegan which was a nice surprise for me. What I liked the most about this tour was understanding some cultural nuances the guide share, things I wouldn't have learned on my own and didn't come up in all my research for this trip. Really appreciate Donna's patience in answering all my questions, too!

Fantastic way if seeing the city! Jamie’s knowledge, company and fitness level are perfect for a chilled but still active visit of the city. Listen to Jamie’s recommendation to start early, else you get cramped in a crowded city. Better if you start earlier than 10am :)
